We are proud to celebrate WHHS senior Aubrey Parker, who was awarded a scholarship from the One Korean Foundation. This annual scholarship supports Arkansas students as they pursue higher education and recognizes the importance of community, service, and opportunity for all. Aubrey was recognized at the scholarship banquet held December 13. Congratulations, Aubrey, on this well-deserved honor !

White Hall High School choirs held their Christmas concert last Monday evening. Mrs. Roberts is very proud of their performances and looks forward to sharing their music at Sounds of the Season and Dorcas House this week. It has been a busy two weeks for the choral department at WHHS.

Congratulations to the White Hall High School Bands! Recently, students competed for spots in the All-Region bands. Fourteen students made the All-Region Jazz Bands, and fifteen students made the All-Region Concert Bands.

What a fantastic weekend for the WHHS Choral Department at our Madrigal Feaste! A huge thank you to everyone involved from the dedicated students to the supportive parents. Mrs. Roberts couldn't be more pleased with the incredible effort and teamwork that made this event a resounding success. We appreciate all who came out to support these talented students!

The WHHS Drama Department partnered with ARTx3 in Pine Bluff to hold a FREE audition prep workshop for WHHS students interested in auditioning for the ARTx3's upcoming production of "The Lion King Jr."
Lead by Bethany Gere, Theater and Programs Coordinator, students were able to learn and become familiar with audition material while also asking questions about the audition process.

Our Senior Beta Club has prepared 140+ shelf-stable meal kits to support our school community. Each kit includes all ingredients and a recipe card, making it easy for families to prepare a full meal at home.

Pre-Educator student, Addison Prince, shared her passion for art and nature at the Generation Conservation Summit, sponsored by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission! In her first demo, she explored textures and techniques for drawing animals, featuring a Dwarf American Toad, a Deer, and an Armadillo. Her second demo focused on bird sketching, highlighting key features to notice for identification in field guides or online. Addison is inspiring future artists and nature enthusiasts alike, showing how observation and creativity go hand in hand!

After earning placement in the ARKCDA Region 3 All Region Choirs, White Hall High School choral students attended a clinic on November 7th and 8th in Hot Springs. Singers rehearsed with highly distinguished directors, perfecting their music that was presented in concerts Friday and Saturday evenings.
