On-site and Virtual students ages 16 and older may sign up to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. Students must complete a consent form including the guardian's signature in order to be vaccinated. Consent forms will be available tomorrow in the downstairs office and must be returned by April 26th. The first dose of the vaccine will be given on April 29th and the second dose will be given on May 20th.
