
Reese Owens attended CTE Day at the Capitol as an FCCLA State officer where she advocated for FCCLA and CTE Education!
She has been elected to represent Arkansas as a National Officer Candidate which shows her strength of character leadership.
Reese is just one of two students selected as a National Officer Candidate in the state of Arkansas. She will travel to San Diego this summer to interview for her national office!
