We missed Mr. Travis while he was out sick for two weeks. The students made posters and welcomed him back on Friday in a special assembly. Thank you, Mr. Travis, for being a kind and smiling face welcoming our students to school each morning during drop off. We appreciate you!








Moody Elementary is hosting a food drive November 4-20. Please send non-perishable food items. The class with the most items will win a popcorn/movie party (one winner for K-2 and one winner for 3-5). Thank you!


Moody Thanksgiving Lunch is Friday, Nov. 15. Tickets must be pre-ordered by Nov. 6 with the forms that have been sent home (limit of 2 guests per student). Lunch times are as follows: kindergarten 10:30, first grade 11:00, second grade 11:30, third grade 12:00, fourth grade 12:30, fifth grade 1:00.

The Moody Veterans Day Assembly is Monday, Nov. 11 at 9 am in the cafeteria. Students participating in the poster (K-2) and essay (3-5) contests should get these turned in to Mrs. Vernor by THIS Friday, Nov. 1.
