Second week of testing begins Monday! Kindergarten will test Monday, April 22 and fifth grade will test Tuesday-Thursday (April 23-25).
April is Volunteer Month. We are grateful for those who give so freely of their time and talents. Today, we would like to recognize Mr. Travis Erwin. Mr. Travis greets students and families during morning drop-off at Moody Elementary. Our students and staff appreciate Mr. Travis!!
The WHSD Total Eclipse of the Art Showcase was fabulous! We have some very talented students in our school and district. The White Hall School District Art Department is thrilled to show off our students’ amazing artwork in the 2024 WHSD Art Showcase ‘Total Eclipse of the Art’! The showcase will be Tuesday, April 16 at the White Hall Community Center from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Select works of art created by White Hall students will be featured at the event. Our students have been working hard, and we are incredibly proud of them! 🎉🎉
🐾Congratulations to Mrs. Evans Fourth Grade GATE Quiz Bowl Team. They were the 1st place team at the tournament yesterday! They were undefeated all day and scored the most points. We are so proud of them!🐾

Disagreement is no excuse for disrespect
Disagreement and division have led to violence in recent times. To teach your child that it is possible and preferable to address disagreements with respect, make it a rule at your house: "When we discuss an issue with different sides to it, we will hear all sides and, if necessary, we'll agree to disagree." In that case, your child will have to accept your authority, but children shouldn't have to change their viewpoints.
