Moody Family Thanksgiving Lunch is Friday, Nov. 14. Due to space, we are asking only 2 guests per student. The cost is $5 per person and money is due by Tuesday, Nov. 4. Lunch times are as follows: Kindergarten at 10:15; 1st grade @ 10:55; 2nd grade @ 11:35; 3rd grade @ 12:15; 4th/5th grade @ 12:55.
The White Hall GATE Program has had an amazing week at the Chess Tournament. The 3rd and 4th grade GATE students came in 2nd place overall and the 5th grade GATE Chess Team came in 1st place. Kendrick came in 2nd place out of 92 students. Congratulations!










We wrapped up Red Ribbon Week today with Pajama Day, which is always a hit!










No school for students on October 31 while teachers take part in professional development.

Kindergarten had their ABC parade and first quarter awards on Friday.

Our students and teachers wore orange on Wednesday for Unity Day to support National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month.






Moody Elementary is hosting a food drive now through November 14. Please send non-perishable items to help support our community. The winning classes will receive a popcorn party. There will be a K-2 winner and a 3-5 winner.

Great Guys enjoyed lunch today with special guest, Sgt. Roland Ryan, U. S. Air Force recruiter. Sgt. Ryan shared his life experiences and answered many questions from the group.
