WHHS Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd, from 3:30 to 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, September 29th: WHHS will hold its annual Flu Clinic.
Homecoming tickets will go on sale MONDAY, September 14th. Tickets are $15 each.
Homecoming Guest Forms can be found in the front office or outside of Room 206.
FRESHMEN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND HOMECOMING.
The Homecoming Theme will be released MONDAY.
Attention Juniors and Seniors: WHHS is starting a book club! It is called the Somewhat Virtual Book Club.
It will meet once or twice monthly during RTI and have a monthly Zoom meeting with schools from around the country and other countries.

WHHS Formal Closet Dates & Information
The WHHS Formal Closet will be open after school on the following dates for the Homecoming dance:
Thursday, September 17th, 2026 (3:26 PM – 4:30 PM)
Thursday, September 24th, 2026 (3:26 PM – 4:30 PM)
Styles for Everyone: Women’s and men’s options available. Price: $10 (cash only).
Bus riders and carpoolers: plan & arrange alternate transportation.
The closet will be open until 4:30.

The Arkansas State Fair is proud to announce the crowning of the first-ever Miss Jefferson County at the Diamond State “Open” Preliminary on September 27th.
Contestants will compete in two age divisions:
Jr. Miss: Ages 14–17
Miss: Ages 18–23
The winners will advance to the Arkansas State Fair, where they will compete for the titles of Jr. or Miss Arkansas State Fair.

Tuesday, October 13th: The ASVAB will be given on this day.
If you would like to take the ASVAB, there is a sign-up sheet in front of the counselors’ office.
When you check out of school and then return, sign back in on the paper at Mrs. Riley’s desk. Then check into the hall pass system.
Securely is merely for hall passes and will NOT check you in or out. If you do not sign back in, you may be counted out for the remainder of the day.
If your 5th-period class is downstairs or you have Criminal Justice, Mrs. Jones or Mrs. L. Roberts you will have 1st lunch.
If your 5th-period class is upstairs, you will have 2nd lunch. Students—You must have an ID when you eat breakfast or lunch, or you will be written up for no ID.

Thursday’s Lunch: Chicken Teriyaki with rice, egg roll, and peppered broccoli florets.
Friday’s Lunch: Chicken nuggets with a biscuit and steamed corn.
You MUST have money in your account to purchase snack bar items or à la carte items.

All students who drive and park on campus must have a registered parking space.
PARK IN YOUR SPACE ONLY - no exceptions!
The attendance office phone number is 247-3465. Please use this number to request anything about attendance. The principal's office phone number is 247-3255.
You may purchase a new ID in the Media Center between 7:50 a.m. and 8:10 a.m. ONLY!
Parking passes will only be available for purchase before school, during both lunches, OR after school.
ALL STUDENTS ARRIVING AT SCHOOL MUST USE THE COURTYARD OR THE PATIO ENTRANCE BY THE CAFETERIA.
You must enter the building as soon as you arrive on campus. You are not allowed to be in the parking lot, sitting in your car, or standing around and visiting UNLESS YOU ARE ON THE PATIO BY THE CAFETERIA.
If you enter the campus AFTER 8:15 a.m., you MUST come through the front door and sign in at the downstairs office. The courtyard and patio doors will be locked after 8:15.
AFTER SCHOOL—Students will be allowed ten (10) minutes to clear the building after the final bell.
The school campus is off-limits to students after 4:00 p.m. or for a reasonable period after the end of a school-sanctioned or sponsored activity.
No loitering
White Hall Police will be notified after 4:00 to give a ticket for loitering.
