Kindergarten Registration Forms are Available!
Welcome to the White Hall School District. We are excited to welcome our newest Bulldogs.
Registration forms are NOW available. There are several ways to complete the registration process.
You may complete the registration forms online. After the forms are completed, click save as. Save the forms as your child's name. You will email the document to your child's school.
You can print the completed forms and fax them to your child's school.
You can drop the completed forms off at your child's school on Monday-Thursday from 8:00-4:00.
You may pick up your registration forms at your child's school. Once the forms are complete, you can drop the forms off at your school on Monday-Thursday from 8:00-4:00.
Additional required documents (proof of residence, birth certificate, social security card, immunization records, physicals, etc.) will not have to be turned in during this time but must be turned in by August 1st to complete your registration.
