Mrs. Johnson’s kindergarteners played a fun review game called Mystery Bag! Students reached into a bag of letters, felt one without looking, and guessed what it was. Then they pulled it out, named the letter, said its sound, and thought of a word that starts with it. This playful activity builds letter recognition and sound awareness, and it’s easy to try at home with fridge magnets or flash cards!

Today we recognize Constitution Day, a time to reflect on the document that has guided our nation for over 200 years. On September 17, 1787, the U.S. Constitution was signed in Philadelphia, laying the foundation for our government and protecting the rights and freedoms we enjoy every day. Constitution Day is a reminder that understanding our history helps prepare us for the future.
White Hall School District is proud to join schools across the country in honoring this important day.
