NEW ARKANSAS LAW: “Bell to Bell, No Cell”
Starting with the 2025–2026 school year, all Arkansas public schools—including White Hall School District—will enforce the “Bell to Bell, No Cell” Act (SB 142 / Act 122).
🔒 What’s Changing?
*Personal cell phones, smartwatches, tablets, laptop, and any device that sends/receives data must stay powered off and stored all day.
* Yondr pouches will be used to securely lock devices from the first bell to the final bell.
* Student drivers may keep devices locked in their vehicles.
📘 Why?
This state law supports focused, distraction-free learning. Schools not enforcing it may face penalties.

* Talk with your child about expectations.
* Support a smooth transition to device-free learning.

TOPPS provides free meals to all children ages 18 and under. You do not have to sign-up or apply--just show up and enjoy!

The White Hall School District Special Education Department will destroy Special Education Records from the 2018-2019 school year.
