Four White Hall students are competing for the title of Miss Arkansas and Miss Arkansas Outstanding Teen. Julianne Garner, Miss Petit Jean Valley Outstanding Teen, is a junior at White Hall High School. Harlie Hipp, Miss South Arkansas Outstanding Teen, is a 2022 graduate of White Hall High School and will be attending Ouachita Baptist University in the fall. Mary Caroline Smykla, Miss Southwest Arkansas Outstanding Teen, is a White Hall High High School junior. Julianne, Harlie, and Mary Caroline will complete the final night of competition for the Miss Arkansas Outstanding Teen tonight at 7:00 PM.
Isabella Soto, Miss South Central Arkansas, is a 2022 graduate of White Hall High School. She will be attending the University of Arkansas in the fall. Isabella will compete in the final night of competition for Miss Arkansas on Saturday at 7:00 PM.
