An official transcript includes grades, ACT scores, and a shot record.

Transcripts are given to students in a sealed envelope to include with their applications. Do not open the envelope. Transcripts are only official if they remain sealed.

FINAL TRANSCRIPTS-A transcript is not FINAL until after graduation this transcript includes the graduation date on it. Seniors should take care of letting me know where they want their FINAL transcript sent before their last day of school.

Please give our office 24 hour notice when requesting a transcript. Our office will not run transcripts the week of semester tests or the first week in January. Transcripts are incomplete during these times and will not include credits, grade point averages, or class rank.

If you are White Hall High School graduate or you attended White Hall and are requesting a transcript please email mcalisterl@whitehallsd.org or call Mrs. McAlister (870-247-4778) with your name (when you attend school), date of birth, and year of graduation. Please provide me with how you want me to send the transcript. If I am mailing or faxing please provide the correct address or fax number.
