The Covid -19 vaccine is now available for children ages 12 and older. If you would like your child to receive the vaccine, please complete the required consent forms and return the completed forms to your school's campus no later than Friday, May 14th. On-site and Virtual students ages 16 and older may sign up to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. Students must complete a consent form including the guardian's signature in order to be vaccinated. Consent forms will be available tomorrow in the downstairs office and must be returned by April 26th. The first dose of the vaccine will be given on April 29th and the second dose will be given on May 20th.
