Health Services

Welcome to the Nurse's office!

Many things go on in the Nurse's office. First aid, giving medications, conducting yearly screenings, attending health care conferences with parents and keeping health records up to date are the duties that most commonly come to mind. The nurse will train other staff and faculty in first aid so that they may be informed first responders in case of an injury or severe illness. Diabetes, CPR and AED training are also offered to all faculty and staff by the District RN.

The nurses of White Hall School District are members of the Arkansas School Nurses Association. We attend trainings as mandated by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing and Arkansas State Departments of Health and Education. We also attend nursing conferences and workshops offered throughout the school year. While this may occasionally take us off our campuses, it helps keep us informed on issues affecting our school children.
