The White Hall School District will begin accepting School Choice applications on
Monday, March 14, 2022.
The deadline to submit your application is May 1, 2022.
Because there may be a limited number of openings in certain grade levels, applicants are on a first come first serve basis. Each application will be date and time stamped as it is received.
If you have more than one child applying, please fill out a separate application for each child.
Note: When you are filling out the grade level, please make sure and put down the grade your child will be in next school year. (2022-2023)
We will be accepting applications online and through the mail. Mail must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2022.
Steps for Online Application
Step 1: Download the Application for School Choice Transfer Form
This is a fillable form. You will need to fill it out and save to your computer or you can
print it, fill it out, and scan it to your computer. You will be asked to upload this form at
the end of the online application for School ChoiceTransfer. It would be beneficial to
have this form filled out and ready to upload prior to March 14, when we start accepting
applications.
(This is the same form that you will mail if you choose not to apply online.)
Step 2: Submit an Online Application for School Choice Transfer
When you submit this online application it will automatically be date and time stamped.
At the end of this online application there will be a section to upload your completed
Application for School Choice Transfer Form.
Step 3: Upload your completed Application for School Choice Transfer Form
We must have this form on file to be able to process your school choice request.
If you choose to mail your application it must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2022.
