Attention First and Second Graders!

Our field trip is on Tuesday, January 24, and we will see Goldilocks and Little Red Riding Hood at the Arts Center in Little Rock.  The play costs $7.00 and I will collect that money.   We will see the play at 10:00 a.m. and then go to lunch at the 2 story McDonald’s.  As part of the learning experience, I want students to carry their own money for lunch on the day of the field trip and they will order their food and figure out if they have enough money and get the right change.  I will be there to help if needed!  The other GATE teacher, Mrs. Evans, will go upstairs with the students when they have their food and I will stay at the counter until everyone has their order.  We will then all eat together upstairs!

Parents going need to pay $10.00 for the play and email me at Passmorem@whitehallsd.org so I can make a reservation for you.  We are taking the short bus so parents will probably have to drive their own cars.
