For The Safety of Your Children

EVERYONE

is required to check in at the office and get a pass before going to a classroom.

 Comings and Goings

If your child is tardy, please come into the building with them and sign them in.

If you are picking your child up early and want us to have them in the office, please call when you are on your way. Otherwise, we will call them down when you arrive.

If you need to get a message to your child that they are to go home differently than usual, please call the office before 3PM to make sure that your child will get the message before dismissal.

Please do not check your children out of school every day because you don't want to wait in the car line. Car rider rules apply to everyone. If everyone cooperates, everyone will be able to get through the line quickly and safely.

Lunch

If you bring your child lunch after the school day has begun, it MUST be brought before their lunch period starts and must be left in the office.

Guests may eat at school ONLY on the following occasions:

1. The student’s birthday

2. The Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday meals.

In order to eat lunch, the guest must:

1. Call the school and make reservations prior to the date of the meal.

2. Pay for the meal prior to the day of the meal ($4.00).

3. Each student may have no more than four guests per occasion

Parents will not be allowed to sit with their children during meals in the cafeteria on any days but those listed above.
